Mission Goal: Recently, certain parts of the ocean have been freezing over, strange storms have been occurring, and an especially large pokemon has been sited, which is believed to be the cause of all this. Find it and stop it.
Requirements: The mission is received from Jasper Toromaki, who is desperate enough that he will hire pokemorphs and humans alike. If you take this quest, you can not accept Legend of Thunder Plains, or Hell on Earth.
