Appearance: Festus is anything but fat he is very fit, he has blue hair and red eyes with a black slit down the center of them there is black markings over his eyes that he paints just cause. Along with white markings on his face that appeared there when he became a poke morph. He wears a white bandanna wrapped around his forehead along with a necklace of tooth and claws he collected from pokemon. He has a navy blue hoodie along with navy blue jeans he has large bracers on both his legs and arms that grew there when he morphed.

He wears white gloves so that when he holds his weapons he won't get blisters on his hands. His teeth are sharp and pointed not from the morph but from his own doing for on occasions he will bite a pokemon for fun. He always has a look on his face like he hates the world than there is times when he doesn't have an expression at all on his face and his face is just blank. He hardly smiles but when he does it comes out cruel and harsh looking.

Personality:
Festus is a cruel hateful person when it comes to being out in the open world were other people for he was raised that way to be cruel and hateful to all that despise him. He is like a brick neevr letting his emotions take hold of him for if they did that would show his weakness and he hated weakness. He is sometimes sadistic when it comes to killing pokemon murdering them non-stop till he wsas satisfied.

He is rude and obnoxious when not killing often ignoreing those who try to speak to him. When ever asked why he does this he just simply either backhands the person talking to them or says "Cause it's fun now may i ask why you give a fuck?" then he would walk off. He has another side of him that is lonely and hates what he does this side is rare to see for after years of punishment for not poaching he lost that since of guilt.

History:
At a young age Festus was trained to be a poacher by his dad who was always drunk and constantly beated him. He never wanted to become a poacher he actually wanted to become a ranger saving pokemon infact he loved pokemon always taking care of them and loving them when his father wasn't around. Whenever he was catched being kind to a pokemon he was beaten than forced to kill that pokemon with his bare hands so he decided he would never be kind or even be around pokemon. At the age of ten his father began to bring innocent pokemon home for Festus to kill if he didn't his father would beat him than pour a chemical he made down his throat that made the person feel a terrible pain in their heart. Festus began to kill more in more pokemon the blood and all the death he caused stuck in his mind. He gave up his dreams of being a ranger and continued to poach pokemon so that his dad would be proud than the day came when he was able to egt a starter right as he got that starter his dad forced him to kill it. He didn't want to but to please his dad he did makeing it a quick and painless death not wanting to cause the only pokemon he ever had gotten pain. At the age of 15 his dad was dieing in bed and the last words he said was "if i ever catch you not killing those things i will haunt you for the rest of your life and make you pay." and at that moment he died. Festus was fairly glad that he did but those words came back to haunt him as he knew his father would find a way to do it. So he continued to kill when he became a morph due to pokerus he was quite shocked but than glad for now he needed no weapon to kill he had his own body to do it. At the age of 18 he caught instead of killed a Tyranitar and Aggron cause of how scary they looked he knew they would strike fear into those who opposed him and even help him kill pokemon. He grew rather close to the two pokemon but still continued to kill his personality seeming to never change for after a few years he began to love killing, he had been given the title of Elite Poacher and anyone who tried to take his place he killed with no mercy. Some would say he was a ruthless murderer and should be sent to the police he just says it's a normal hobby of his and doesn't everyone have a hobby. Now at the age of 20 he continues to kill pokemon constantly still searching for a legendary to kill and earn the title of Master Poacher, what is weird about him though is his major dislike of hurting any rangers he says that they are of little care of his but he is the only that knows it's a lie and that the true cause of it is that he respects the rangers a bit.
