Kazuma Yagami IMAGE GOES HERE, IF YOU HAVE ONE

Basic Character Information:

Name: Kazuma Yagami
Alias / Nickname: Kazuma
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Race: Human

Appearance: Kazuma Yagami Kazuma_Yagami

Kazuma is tall, roughly six feet in height. He usually wears a black collared shirt underneath a dark blue jacket. Around his waist he wears a belt that holds up his dark blue jeans, equipped with clips for holding up to six pokeballs, three on each side. He has brown eyes, and brown hair that falls between his eyes. He has a handsome looking face and slender figure, comprised mostly of lean muscle.

Personality: Kazuma is a fairly laid back guy, nothing really gets to him, he's always level headed. He always thinks before he acts, or commands his Pokemon to act. He's easy going, likes people of all sorts and doesn't do anything to offend anyone, at least he doesn't mean to. Making friends comes easy, he may not be the most social but he is usually liked by most due to his easy going attitude.

Even though he may not look like he cares, he really does deep down. In the heat of a battle, he wants to win as badly as anyone else, if not more than them. The thing with Kazuma is, he doesn't let his emotions dictate what he does. No matter how passionate he is about something, he doesn't let it cloud his judgement in any way, and makes sure he can make the most effective decision possible under any circumstance.

He genuinely cares for each of his prized pokemon, Kazume doesn't pick favorites or anything. Each one gets the same treatment, and he does his best to show they're all equal to him. When it comes down to a spot where he might lose, he doesn't get upset with the loss. He sees a loss as a learning experience, a chance to grow as both a person, and a trainer.

Goals: To be the very best, like no one ever was. To catch them is my real test, to train them is my cause. To travel across the land, searching far and wide.

History and it's Gifts:

Skills/Talents: Tactical thinker, Determined, Hard Worker

Weaknesses/Faults/fears: Seems unemotional at times, even when he is. May lead people to think he doesn't care about something.

History:
Kazuma was born like any other child, and grew up with a pretty normal life. When he was young, six years old to be exact, he was given his first pokemon. Horsea was his first, given to him by his mother, as a birthday present. Kazuma cherished the pokemon, and would play with it any chance he got, like any other small child. Horsea was like a pet, man's best friend, she was family.

His parents began to travel when he was a little older, about ten years old. This was when he began to see the world and different pokemon, and where they lived. It was when he was at that age, and he began to travel, is when he caught more pokemon. First it was Gible, then Charmander. Both were added to his small collection, three pokemon that would grow to become his most trusted partners.

By the time he was ten he began to take pokemon training seriously, and would work with his pokemon every day after school, even skipping school on occasion to work with them and improve on his skills as a trainer, and the skills of his pokemon. He would constantly start pokemon battles with older kids who were much more experienced, and started off with a tough losing streak that was hard to come out of. Kazuma wasn't any sort of natural born genius, he had no hidden talent.

Kazuma was, though, an incredibly hard and dedicated worker. Through sheer will and determination he eventually grew his skills to the point where he was the best around, beating kids who were in high school while he was a mere twelve year old child. Day in and day out he would work with his partners, having them battle each other or practice their moves on dummies to get better. Soon they began to evolve, changing form completely, but gaining much more strength. Attacks became much more powerful, with the potential to easily destroy buildings.

Through his bond with his Pokemon, he grew to learn of each of their strengths and weaknesses. He knew his Gabite was a much better physical attacker than Seadra, who specialized in Special Attacks from a distance. He eventually learned that his Charmeleon had no real preference, and was just about as good in either style of attack, being a well balanced Pokemon. Knowing their each individual strengths became his greatest strength, he knew who was best for what job and then put that knowledge to use.

By the time he was fourteen he was a formidable trainer, he would spend his summer breaks traveling around and earning badges with his Pokemon. They grew alongside him, eventually all evolving into their final forms, reaching their full potential. He was no longer the kid who always lost, but was now a calm and tactical thinker. His experience had put him in a league of his own, through nothing but hard work and dedication.

Not too long after graduating high school, he was inducted into the Elite Four. He became a very well recognized trainer, and continues to work hard and train to grow stronger.

RP Sample:
"Beep! Beep!" Kazuma groaned as he opened his eyes, laying in bed with nothing but his boxers on. As the alarm continued to go off he simply cursed to himself as he rubbed his eyes to clear his vision and try and wake up completely. When he felt up to it he eventually stopped the alarm, by grabbing it and pressing the off button, causing it to return to its previous job of keeping time.

He then rose from bed, and made his way towards his closet as he found a black collared shirt and a blue jacket, which he then put on. Along with jeans, he grabbed a pair of comfortable grey sneakers and put them on. With a yawn he leaned backwards, raising his arms upward as he stretched out and tried to loosen up a bit.

By then, finally awake, he grabbed his belt with the clips for his pokeballs and put it on. Kazuma continued to get ready, by opening up a drawer and pulling out three small classic pokeballs, containing his treasured partners within its confining space. Garchomp, Charizard, and Kingdra; his most prized possessions, the creatures that made him what he was. He would never forget that it was because of his Pokemon that he got where he was, if they weren't around, he'd be a regular guy.

He put two of the pokeballs on his belt clips, while keeping one in his hand, ready for use. As he walked outside, closing the door behind him, he took in a deep breath of fresh air and looked around, nobody was outside. Was it still too early for most people? That he wasn't quite sure of, but he was awake and ready to take on the day, there was no need to wait up for the rest of the world.

Without hesitation, he tossed the pokeball lightly into the air. It opened up, materializing the massive draconian beast known to many as Charizard. The large, black fire type let out a mighty roar, opening its mouth wide as he spewed some flames into the air. It was his way of saying "hello world." He then turned to Kazuma, who smiled at the mighty Pokemon which looked down upon it's smaller trainer.

"Let's go to the mountains, we have to get our daily training in." Kazuma said to his old chum, who nodded in agreement. They understood each other perfectly, despite not speaking the same. Kazuma shared a mental bond with all his pokemon, that's what made them so strong. Sometimes he wouldn't even have to utter a word, and they would know just what to do.

Before long, the trainer had climbed into the back of his draconic creature, taking to the skies to save a good deal of time and energy. The large wings of his Charizard could carry them far away, and it put little strain on the beast, if any at all, considering Charizard's strength and Kazuma being lightweight. Together they soared hundreds of feet above the ground, looking down all they could see was a sea of green, the forest's trees covered the landscape for as far as the eye could see. It was honestly a wonderful sight to see.

Okay. I guess this works. The appearance could be a bit bigger but I have RP'd with you before and I know you can RP pretty well. Approved I guess.
